AgePlan's  interdisciplinary consultant team is available to customize solutions to meet the needs of today's companies and organizations. Listed below are areas in which AgePlan is strategically positioned  and organized to provide customer designed approaches to meet the changing needs of agencies, companies and organizations in the new millennium.

Organizational Consultation:  AgePlan provides consulting services to agencies, organizations and companies across the nation. The AgePlan Management Team consists of leading authorities in: Gerontology, Management, Contract Development, Member Services, Technology and Finance. We are committed to the development of helping you build a strong foundation as you continue to meet the needs of an aging population and workforce.

Program Evaluation:  AgePlan provides critical analysis and review of existing programs and services. Our analysis is provided within a framework of  blending: the history and culture of your organizational mission with the current trends of today and the future projections of tomorrow.

Program Development: AgePlan places an emphasis on developing specialized program alternatives for agencies, organizations and companies. Our experience and knowledge-base, promotes an understanding of the importance of integrating individualized personal needs with responsive and dynamic programmatic responses.

Technological Integration: AgePlan provides a systematic method in the analysis, recommendations and implementation of integrating technology into the daily practice of individuals, agencies, organizations and companies. AgePlan® is committed to the outcome that individual lives can be enhanced by the awareness, knowledge and integration of technology.

Trans-Vision of Knowledge: AgePlan recognizes the important aspect of transferring knowledge and critical mission information of employees who are retiring or leaving the workforce. Training:  AgePlan training consists of individually designed curriculum that can be delivered both on-site and in a web-based environment. AgePlan is committed to increasing the knowledge-content for individuals across the life span. 

Information/Referral (I&R) Resources:  There are a multitude of organizations in the public, non-profit and private sector that provide services to individuals across the life span. AgePlan provides an Information and Referral  (I&R) network for programs and services on the Federal, State and local level.

Advocacy: AgePlan is committed to a practice of “equity and fairness across the life span.” AgePlan provides a “ Knowledge-Based Voice” to assist individuals, agencies, organizations and companies as they identify and access services across the life span. The ability to maximize: person-centered activities, independent decision-making, knowledge-based self-advocacy (as it relates to opportunities and alternatives in health, economics and well-being) are essential in promoting a positive quality of life.
